Divorce litigation is intimidating, stressful, and scary. Regardless of whether you initiated the divorce, or if your spouse caught you off guard by serving you with divorce papers, I will be by your side to guide you through the litigation process. I encourage my clients to be reasonable, but I will not hesitate to advise you when you need to stand your ground and present an issue to the Court for resolution. I will provide clear and thoughtful guidance to help you understand the range of possible outcomes before you present an issue to the Judge so that you can make an educated and informed decision as to how to proceed. Once you are educated about the issues, I will work with you to develop goals and a strategy for achieving those goals.
